Due to the recent bout of attacks on the website - certain functions have been disabled, search is one of them.

Perhaps it is possible to assign the search function to users who have been assigned to divisions? At the moment it is a real pain for me determining which threads have new post in them. In some cases the icons in front of the threads show new posts but in some the for some reason don't.

Not as much of a pain as it was for me to rebuild the website.

So for now Sorry the function is disabled and will remain so until i learn thay have fixed the exploit.

I make mental notes of the last poster and sometimes time of post in the specific section/thread and if that name/time has changed then i look at it.

Dont know why i do that or how i remember it, i just do.

Sax, you see if there has been new posts by looking down the left hand side of the forum where there are speech bubbles, if they are blue then there is a new post in that forum, if they are grey nothing new.

Or you can look at the left hand side of the front page.
